Our artwork and design capabilities mean that we are able to perfect container presentation in line with volume and colour requirements. We offer a complete range of print solutions including; out-sourced pre-printed (lithographic) cans, with or without 1 colour screen prints, labels and sleeves.
Screen printing is ideal for runs between 600 and 5,000, depending on the colours required. Where 2 or more colours is needed for runs of less than 14,000 we would only offer labelling. For detailed can designs of 1,000+ then digital labels might be the better option. However if your order is for between 2,000 and 10,000 then an offset label might be something to consider. Sleeves are another option and are suitable for runs starting at 5,000. Sleeves and offset labels also offer the option of wrap around, enabling you to include more information on the can.
If it is quality that you require then pre-printed cans offer a premium look, however with minimum volume requirements being between 15,000+ units per design it is not an option available for everyone.
For companies with a range of products, a generic pre-printed can design represents the best of both worlds. In this instance a can design would suit a range of products and all that would change is the text which we print onto the can. We are always able to advise the most appropriate method based on design, volume colours and any other variables.
LMA is as flexible with valve and cap specifications as we are with can and printing options, and will always point you in the right direction. We can pack aerosols in white or brown cardboard boxes, pre-printed boxes or we also offer shrink wrapped trays which can be a great option for retail packaging.
