We have a passion for aerosols
Originally founded in 1983, LMA has been manufacturing for some time and has always been managed by family members. What began with sheep markers and line markers is now in its third generation of the family and has grown significantly in that time. From the very beginning LMA wanted to produce quality products with a comprehensive service, and that level of service is something that we have worked hard to maintain.
The aerosol industry is a close one, and as fillers we’re all fairly well known and like to be helpful to other fillers when we can. For that reason if you ask us for a product that we can’t manufacture we are always happy to advise you on where you might be able to go to get it made.
We try to avoid recruiting staff by keeping our current ones, but if you think you’ve got skills we need and would like to join us send us a copy of your CV and the sort of role you’re looking for and we’ll keep a copy if we think we might need you!

Factory Worker
We’re always looking for new staff to fulfil our needs within the factory, so feel free to drop us your CV or details and we’ll keep them on file until we’re next looking to hire.
Job Role
Learning and assisting the set up of the production lines.
Ensuring that products are manufactured according to specification.
Packing finished products into boxes, and onto pallets ready for dispatch.
Working as part of a team to make sure that products are of the highest standard while being manufactured in an efficient manner.
Starting salary £10 per hour
