 Anti-Slavery Policy

LMA Services Limited is committed to continuously improving its high standards to combat slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain, and in acting ethically and with integrity in its business relationships. LMA Services Limited always works to ensure that there is no modern slavery in either our own business or amongst our supply chain.

The company is a small family run manufacturer of aerosols. Based in Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom, we supply these products across the world to a growing portfolio of clients from America to the Middle East. We source all of our components from within the European Union.

Anti-Slavery measures are carried out by the whole Management team through due-diligence and we have a number of policies in place:

·       Robust recruitment processes in line with UK employment laws, including: the ‘right to work’ document checks.

·       Contracts of employment, as well as checks to ensure everyone employed is 16 and above.

·       Annually reviewed pay, as well as a bonus scheme for all staff.

·       Using only approved recruitment agencies for the purposes of supplying temporary staff.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It constitutes LMA Services Limited’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
